Lyndsy Fonseca made her daytime debut on "The Young and the Restless" as the biological daughter of Brad Carlton and Traci Abbott Connelly. Prior to acting, Lyndsy attended the Barbizon School of Modeling. During this time, she was named 2nd runner up in the International Modeling and Talent Association (IMTA) Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Miss Barbizon Young Miss Talent of the Year.
Lyndsy also starred in a commercial for Kinder Milch Minis Chocolate, which aired in Germany and other portions of Europe.
During her free time, Lyndsy enjoys roller blading, soccer, skiing and dancing.
