There are many awards ceremonies that honor excellence in daytime television. The most widely
recognized are the
Daytime Emmy Awards. Of course, we also have our very
own awards,
The Dankies, in which you, the online soap fans, choose the best of the best. There are also several soap opera magazines that
host awards shows of their own.
Daytime Emmy Awards Archive
In this section you will be able to review every Daytime Emmy nominee and winner. You'll also get an up to the
minute tally of each show's wins. Do you know which show has won more Emmys than the rest of the pack?
In the future, we hope to feature a run down of each category and list all of the the winners in that category. Another
plan is to include a special Emmys section within each soap's section of Soap Opera Central. This special section will
list each show's nominees and winners without listing all of the other shows. Of course, you'll have easy
access to the complete listings.
