Ethan furiously watches Theresa and Fox dancing in the dance contest. They win a romantic dinner for two, and afterwards wander out to the beach. Theresa hears someone coming, and hoping it will be Ethan, stages a romantic kiss with Fox, hoping to make Ethan jealous. When it turns out to be somebody else, Fox goes inside to get something to drink. Immediately after Fox leaves, Ethan shows up, trying to convince her that Fox doesn't deserve her. She challenges him to keep her away from Fox, and he kisses her. Unbeknownst to both of them, they are being filmed behind the bushes by a TV crew for a TV show. Some of the nurses in Gwen's hospital see Ethan on TV and recognize him.

TC is angry about the article Liz planted about Whitney leaving Harmony for LA, and leaves, saying he wants to be alone. Eve is disappointed because she wanted to try and repair their marriage, and she was hoping the two of them could talk. Liz follows TC to the gym, and manages to trick him into kissing her.

The guests at the baby shower search for the baby they heard crying. They end up outdoors, in front of the basement window, where Precious sits, dressed as a baby and imitating crying noises. After the guests return indoors, Beth goes downstairs to the basement to see "her" new baby. Sheridan gave birth to a baby boy, and Charlie and Beth decide to let her hold him for a moment. Once back upstairs, Beth accidentally slips and blurts out that she's having a boy, even though she already told everyone she didn't know the sex of her baby. She covers, saying it is just a feeling she is having. In the basement, Charlie takes Sheridan's baby away from her, and announces Sheridan doesn't have long to live. Tabitha, watching from the basement window, feels terrible for Sheridan, and wishes she could do something to help her.

Julian admits to Rebecca that he is in love with another woman. Rebecca makes the connection between the woman Julian loves, and the woman singing on the tape Julian is always listening to. However, she doesn't know the singer on the tape is Eve. Rebecca attempts to destroy the tape, and threatens to turn Julian in to the police (for the attempted murder of Sheridan) if Julian doesn't marry her.

Beth begins to panic as she realized she will have to soon fake labor in order for her plan to work. In Beth's basement, Sheridan tries to attack Charlie after she takes the baby from her. Antonio shows up at the baby shower, just returning from Paris where he unsuccessfully searched for any signs of Sheridan. He admits to Luis, who is now convinced that Sheridan ran off, that he believes Luis' original instinct that Sheridan was kidnapped is true. Luis decides to continue with his house to house searches in an effort to find Sheridan. Beth, who was in the kitchen with her mother, enters the living room to find only Luis and Hank. Panicked Antonio will wander around the house and stumble upon Sheridan, Beth asks where he is, and is relieved when Luis says he is only in the kitchen. Her relief doesn't last long, however, because Antonio re-enters the living room and announces he knows what happened to Sheridan.

Gwen wakes up in the hospital after having a nightmare about Theresa stealing Ethan from her. She tries to calm herself down for her unborn baby's sake. Meanwhile, the nurses in the hospital watch Ethan and Theresa passionately kissing on the beach on the TV in the nurses' station. Ethan pulls away from Theresa and tells her (again) that he loves his wife, and she pretends not to care. Fox pretends to be upset at the sight of Ethan and Theresa on the beach together, but he is only faking it to get attention from Whitney.

Eve confides in her worries about her marriage to Grace. Grace tells Eve that TC loves her and the two of them will work things out. Eve sets off the meet TC at the gym so they can talk. At the gym, TC is unsuccessfully attempting to ward of Liz's advances, and it looks like Eve is going to show up just in time to catch the two of them kissing.
