Reality TV Star is Passions' New Kay

Newcomer Heidi Mueller has been cast as
Kay Bennett. While Mueller is a newcomer to daytime television, the actress is no stranger to the NBC television network, Mueller appeared as one of the daughters on the NBC reality series "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?"
As previously reported,
Deanna Wright (ex-Kay Bennett) left Passions at the conclusion of her contract because of a conflict between her personal beliefs and her character's storyline.
Mueller becomes the fourth actress to play the part of the middle Bennett child.
Taylor Anne Mountz originated the role when the show debuted in July 1999. The actress left in August 2000 and Gina Marie May took over the part for a month. Wright then joined the show in September 2000.
"We are delighted to have Heidi join the talented cast of Passions," states Senior Vice President of NBC Dayime Sheraton Kalouria.
Mueller makes her first appearance on October 24th.
