Ricky Garza (December 27th, 2001 to October 3rd, 2003) At a Glance

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Matos has lived in various spots around the globe, including Chile, New Jersey and Miami, Florida. English is a second language for Matos, who is also fluent in Spanish.

Prior to landing his role on Port Charles, Matos appeared in the CBS soap The Bold and the Beautiful as Charlie Espinada. Matos was also a series regular on the NBC series All About Us.

When he's not performing on television, Matos, a self-taught drummer, tours the LA music circuit with his band, 23 Link Chain.
