Brief Character History
Irene came to Llanview in 1978. She was looking for her college friend (and stepdaughter from her secret marriage to Victor Lord) Viki Lord Riley. Irene wanted to tell Viki she was dying and asked Viki to take care of her 16-year-old daughter, Tina Clayton. Not long after she came to town, Irene died. Irene left Viki to take care of Tina, whom she later found out was really her half-sister.
