Don Jeffcoat played the charming and romantic
Joey Buchanan, having joined "One Life to Live" in
October, 1997. Joey's return from Europe
surprised many, but nobody more so than Kelly
Cramer, the woman whose heart he broke and
whose affections he struggles to regain.
No stranger to show business, Don has performed
professionally since he was 10 years old. His
childhood was spent moving frequently -- from
Mississippi to Alabama to Oklahoma, before his
family settled in Irvine, California. Don's first film
role was in "Ghoulies II" at age 11, and he later
hosted a children's game show on Nickelodeon
called "Wild and Crazy Kids" for several years.
Don's many television credits include the recurring
role of Michael Towner on "7th Heaven," and guest
appearances on series such as "Touched By an
Angel," "Malibu Shores," "Party of Five," "Dr.
Quinn, Medicine Woman" and "Sliders." He
recently completed the independent film,
"Baggage."
In his spare time, Don's many hobbies include
snowboarding, water-skiing, cooking and dancing.
Don has been studying martial arts since he was a
child and is currently a third-degree brown belt.
