Eddie Alderson signed to long-term OLTL contract

One Life to Live will now have two Aldersons on contract status. Eddie Alderson (Matthew Buchanan), the younger brother of Kristen Alderson (Starr Manning), recently signed a long-term contract with the ABC soap.


After seven years as a recurring player on One Life to Live, Edward Alderson (Matthew Buchanan) has finally been placed on contract.


The 14-year-old actor recently signed a long-term contract with the ABC soap. Alderson's new status with the show comes as a major storyline is planned for his on-screen alter ego in the new year. In fact, the show has already cast several roles that will be key in the upcoming story.


In addition to his work on One Life to Live, Alderson appeared as Sanford Clark in last year's high-profile feature film, Changeling.


Alderson is the real-life brother of actress Kristen Alderson (Starr Manning).
