Jordi Vilasuso debuted on Guiding Light on August 29th, 2000 in the role of hotheaded Tony Santos. Although his brother, Ray, is a priest, Tony came to town looking to get involved in the family business run by his mobster cousin, Danny.
Vilasuso is of Cuban descent. His parents, Ana and Dr. Frank Vilasuso, raised him in Coral Gables, FL, along with his older brother, Javier, and his younger sister, Marianne. Vilasuso attended Ransom Everglades High School and later, Glendale Community College in California.
He has appeared in the films Angels Don't Sleep Here, The Last Home Run, Rodeo and Non-Smoking. On television, he has appeared in Unsolved Mysteries, America's Most Wanted and most recently, USA Networks' Arrest and Trial (in which his father also appears) and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Vilasuso's hobbies include photography, poetry, writing and working out. He is 5'10" and his birthday is June 15.
