After making his film debut in 2001's All You Need with Kellie Martin, he guest starred on the television series Judging Amy and Malcolm in the Middle. 2003 proved a successful year for Mr. Cash, when he won the Young Artist Award for his work on General Hospital and later appeared in The P.T. Johansen Field Guide To North American Monsters, written and directed by Chrysler Million Dollar Film Festival winner Andrew Mudge.
Mr. Cash has appeared in the feature films Bad Santa, The Polar Express and Fat Albert.
