Sonny's family coming to town?

General Hospital has put out casting calls for two female characters.
The first, for "Janine," is described as a feisty, sexy femme fatale in her 40s. It's also said that the woman doesn't have the best reputation and that she's headed to Port Charles to improve her image and to try to help her daughter.
The second role is that of "Courtney." Courtney is said to be in her early 20s and is described as sexy, vibrant and dynamic.
It is unclear if the two characters are related. However, Internet speculation hints that Courtney could be the promised sister of Sonny. At a fan event last month, actor Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) revealed that the writers were planning to bring Sonny's sister to town. Officially, a GH spokesperson declined to offer additional information about the new characters.
