Former DAYS star Ackles marries

Former Days of our Lives star Jensen Ackles (ex-Eric Brady) has married his longtime girlfriend, and former soap star, Danneel Harris. The pair was married in Texas on May 15.


Ackles appeared on Days of our Lives from 1997 through July 2000. Upon leaving Salem, Ackles found work on numerous primetime series, including Supernatural and Smallville.


Harris also has daytime roots. The actress appeared as Shannon McBain on ABC's One Life to Live in 2003 and 2004. She is perhaps better known for her work on the primetime soap, One Tree Hill.
