Alfonso's double commitment

One week after the announcement by executive producer Ken Corday that Days of our Lives would start to focus on the show's veteran performers comes some news that would seem to bolster the show's "new" direction.


Fan favorite Kristian Alfonso (Hope Brady) has signed a new contract with DAYS. Though the terms of the contract have not been revealed, it is said that the term of the contract is three years.


In other Alfonso news, the actress married Danny Daggenhurst in a private ceremony on October 6. Among those in attendance were Corday, Drake Hogestyn (John), Deidre Hall (Marlena), Peter Reckell (Bo Brady), Renee Jones (Lexie Jones), Frances Reid (Alice Horton) and Melissa Reeves (Jennifer Horton).


This is Alfonso's second marriage. She has an eleven-year-old son, Gino.
