Angela was the daughter of Eric and Stephanie Forrester. Born microcephalic and in a coma her entire life, Angela's existance had been hidden from Eric, who was told his daughter died at birth. Stephanie kept Angela in a special care home for many years. Angela inevitably died of her condition, but the dishonest director of the home care facility hired an actress to play Angela so that he could still get the money for Angela's care off of Stephanie.
