The Bold and the Beautiful's Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton) and Karla Mosley (Maya Avant) recently revived their digital series Wed-Locked, and now the comedy is getting a proper premiere.

What happens after a couple says their "I do's" and heads into a supposedly happily ever after? That's the question answered in The Bold and the Beautiful stars Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton) and Karla Mosley's (Maya Avant) comedy series Wed-Locked, which is finally getting the premiere it deserves.

The soap stars' critically acclaimed series, which was originally released digitally in 2009, will be making its world debut on the big screen at the DTLA Film Festival next month.

"I'm very excited to announce that Wed-Locked will have its world premiere at the DTLA Film Festival in October," Saint-Victor shared on Twitter. "Thank you to our wonderful team and amazing supporters. More info coming soon."

Though Wed-Locked took a bit of a backseat after it initially debuted via digital channels in 2009, Mosley and Saint-Victor recently brought the series back to life with Sonequa Martin-Green -- best known for her television role as Sasha Williams in The Walking Dead -- and her husband Kenric Green -- a writer and actor who is also known for a role on The Walking Dead -- as producers. General Hospital star Tina Huang (ex-Dr. Linda Chu) is also attached as a director.

"Lawrence and I are teaming up on a project that is kind of back by popular demand," Mosley explained last summer of the series. "But this time [it's] a little more edgy, a little more real."

Some examples of the edginess viewers will get to see include recently married couple Denise (Mosley) and Robert (Saint-Victor) navigating sex shop shyness, cooking misadventures, and pubic hair politics. And if that's not enough to interest soap fans, consider this: the series, which was originally released digitally in 2009, earned the praises of The Bold and the Beautiful's executive producer/head writer Bradley Bell, who used the series' popularity to launch the show-in-a-show series Room 8 on B&B.

The DTLA Film Festival is scheduled to take place October 17-21 of this year. For more information, visit the festival's official website.
