January 2007 Darlene Conley loses battle with cancer It is with a heavy heart that soapcentral.com reports the passing of The Bold and the Beautiful's Darlene Conley. Conley, who played the larger than life Sally Spectra on the CBS soap, has lost her battle with stomach cancer.

February 2007 Cain able to make brief B&B return Mick Cain (CJ Garrison) will return to The Bold and the Beautiful later this month. Cain's return, a short-term engagement, will be his first since 2004.

February 2007 Davidson goes from Restless to Beautiful For most people, being fired from a job brings with it a whole host of lifestyle changes. That will not be the case for one daytime star. Despite being fired from The Young and the Restless late last year, Eileen Davidson (Ashley Abbott) will still be reporting to CBS's Los Angeles studios and she will still find herself being called "Ashley" on a daily basis.

February 2007 B&B prepares to go Down Under The cast and crew of The Bold and the Beautiful is about to hit the road. The 30-minute CBS soap will be taking a trip "Down Under" to Australia later this month. It will mark the first overseas remote for any soap in several years.

May 2007 Ex-Massimo takes Stefano back to Salem Joseph Mascolo (Stefano DiMera) has signed on to return to Days of our Lives next month. The news comes nearly six months after the actor nixed a return to the NBC soap because contract talks had reached an impasse.

July 2007 Rich Ginger back in the Thicke of things The multi-talented Alan Thicke will return to The Bold and the Beautiful next month, reprising his role as controversial talk show host Rich Ginger.

August 2007 Heather Tom is latest Y&R star to join B&B Nine-time Daytime Emmy nominee Heather Tom will join the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful next month. Tom, known for roles on The Young and the Restless and One Life to Live, has already started taping at B&B. The actress earned Emmy wins in 1993 and 1997.

September 2007 Kanan headed to court on DUI charges Former General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful star Sean Kanan is due on court later this month to faces charges for an August arrest on suspicion of DUI. Kanan is the second soap star to face these charges. GH's Kirsten Storms (Maxie) was arrested earlier this month after failing a breathalyzer test.

October 2007 Son of B&B star Hunter Tylo found dead The 19-year-old son of soap actors Hunter Tylo (Taylor Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful) and Michael Tylo (ex-Quint Chamberlain, Guiding Light) has died at the Tylo family home in Nevada.

October 2007 Stephen Logan, Jake MacClaine returning to B&B Look for two characters from B&B's past to turn up in town over the next few weeks. Dallas star Patrick Duffy and former B&B star Todd McKee are both returning to roles that they've previously played. Both actors return in November.

December 2007 Eileen Davidson returns to Genoa City Ashley Abbott returns to Genoa City this week for the first time in a year. The short-term visit does not, however, mean that actress Eileen Davidson is done at The Bold and the Beautiful.
