Official reports list the cause of Ms. Warrick's death as complications from pneumonia. She was 88.

March 2005 Hendrickson to return to ATWT In a surprise casting move sure to please As the World Turns fans, a show spokesperson confirms that Emmy winner Benjamin Hendrickson (ex-Hal Munson) will be returning to the show in May.

April 2005 Sheffer to take four-month break from ATWT In a stunning turn of events, soapcentral.com has learned that three-time Emmy winning head writer Hogan Sheffer will not be returning to his position at As the World Turns. Earlier this year, Sheffer took time off from the show for what called a "17-week sabbatical."

April 2005 Hendrickson to Return to ATWT As reported by soapcentral.com earlier this week, As the World Turns has released three-time Emmy winning head writer Hogan Sheffer. In his place, the show has promoted Jean Passanante, who served as co-head writer under Sheffer since May 2001, to the head scribe position.

September 2005 Gaskill's character gets name, debut As previously reported by soapcentral.com, former AMC star Brian Gaskill will join the cast of As the World Turns later this month. Until just recently, the character did not have a name and a first airdate was not available.

November 2005 Emmy winner Lesli Kay joins B&B Emmy-winning soap opera veteran Lesli Kay (ex-Molly Conlan McKinnon) will join the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful at the end of November in the role of Felicia Forrester. This will be the actress' third soap role since the summer of 2004.
