Appearing with his attorney, Joseph Ranni, former As The World Turns star Michael Nader (ex-Kevin Thompson>, appeared on CNN's American Morning with Paula Zahn today to discuss a lawsuit he's filed against ABC, a lawsuit that stems from his dismissal from the show following a 2001 arrest on drug possession charges.

Lucy Johnson, CBS's senior vice president of daytime, children's programs and special projects, will leave her post at the end of January. Johnson has been with the network for 14 years.
