    
Liza soon realized the person she had kissed at the Crystal Ball was Adam. She pretended she forgave him, and told him they were going to Monaco. She was outraged when she learned Barry had given Jake an envelope revealing Colby's paternity. With the help of Marian and Gillian, they got the envelope away from him. Liza then took off with Colby, taking Adam's passport. Gillian accepted Jake's proposal after catching Ryan and Greenlee together. David covered for Alex, and told everyone he tripped and fell down the stairs. Erica knew Alex was the reason he fell. Hayley and Mateo kissed, prompting Mateo to start thinking about re-marrying Hayley. Sophie gave Janet twenty-four hours to come up with a million dollars, otherwise she said that Trevor and Amanda would die. All My Children celebrated its 30th anniversary.

Erica's European informant told her that Alexandra had been in a Welsh mental institution for several years. Edmund and Alex enjoyed each other's company and a dance or two at SOS. Jake worried about Colby's safety after he learned that she was not at a television conference in Monaco. He told Gillian that he planned to sue for custody. Gillian confronted Adam about his plans to tell Jake the truth and learned that Adam wouldn't say anything for fear that he would never see Liza and Colby again. Adam tried to convince Gillian that she should tell Jake the truth. Leo agreed to help out at a soup kitchen to get closer to Becca. Greenlee overheard Scott and Ryan both say that they had no long-term interest in her. Janet set up a booby trap at an old warehouse for Sophie, but Hayley unwittingly set off the trap when dropping by to check on her aunt. Sophie found an unconscious Hayley and dragged her off to a remote corner of the warehouse before playing dead on the floor. Janet returned and Sophie sprang to life. The women struggled and Janet ultimately killed Sophie in self-defense-with a crowbar. Trevor appeared on the scene and told Janet that he'd take care of everything. One of Sophie's discarded cigarettes started a blaze at the warehouse with Hayley still inside. Mateo arrived just in time to save her. Trevor confessed to Sophie's murder, but disappeared before he could be charged with the crime.

After a tearful goodbye with Trevor, Janet tried coping without him. She admitted the truth-that she had killed Sophie-to Hayley and Brooke. Both pledged to support her, as well as Trevor's decision to take the blame. Mateo and Hayley got closer after Mateo heroically plucked Hayley from the burning warehouse. Ryan broke up with Greenlee. Scott had his surprise party. Adam plotted to use Leo as a tool of revenge against Marian. David told the Greenlees that Vanessa had killed his father. Alex consulted Rae about a young patient's sudden silence. Alex had another flashback when she saw David tending to the patient. Liza returned with divorce papers for Adam, but Adam responded by locking her and himself in the safe room.

Greenlee plotted to use Ken, her grandmother's former "pool boy," to win back Ryan. She thought that by putting herself in a dangerous situation, Ryan would run to her rescue. Becca and Ryan talked in the park about love. With Becca's wise words, he realized he still loved Gillian and eagerly rushed over to see her. Gillian had just learned she'd have to marry Jake immediately because he was suing for full custody of Colby. Liza made a deal with Adam that he would grant her a divorce only if she still lived with him. That enraged Jake, leading him to sue for custody. Hayley's new show, "Wave," premiered, and Mateo threw a celebration at SOS (complete with singer Brian McKnight) in the show's honor. Hayley found a ring box in Mateo's pocket. Brooke persuaded Janet to go for counseling. Alex found the name of the doctor who'd treated her in the mental institution, but when she called the hospital, no one there had ever heard of the man.

Leo and Becca arrived just in time to prevent Ken from raping Greenlee. In the process, Leo got his hand slashed with a switchblade. Mirror Janet convinced Janet that Brooke was out to get her family. Hayley and Mateo got engaged and agreed, reluctantly, to help Ryan with his quest to win Gillian back. The night before, Ryan had told Gillian he wanted to try again, but Gillian angrily told him he was too late. Jake was still going along with the custody battle for Colby. Myrtle asked Adrian to help Rae in her search for her missing daughter. Liza asked Adam if they could stay married longer, to help win Colby back. Adam assigned Leo to take Marian to bed. Erica told David she loved him, and that Alex checked into the mental institution around the same time a political figure named Geoffrey turned up dead.

Gillian told Ryan that she loved him, but she refused to cancel her wedding to Jake. Greenlee tracked down Gillian at the mall and told her a lie about Ryan having dumped her after making love all night. Lyle dropped all charges against Adrian and Rae after making Tad promise that he'd stop investigating him. Hayley and Mateo told Adam that they were getting married again. Scott told Becca that he loved her. Leo met with his pal, Paolo, and arranged for him to seduce Marian. Alex was held hostage by a gunman at the mall and suddenly turned into a fighting machine as she pummeled the man into submission. Liza took away Jake's visitation rights with Colby until after the custody hearing. Myrtle planned a trip to Fannie Battle Home for Unwed Mothers. Adam let Ryan eavesdrop on him and Liza so that he'd learn why Gillian felt a need to marry Jake.

In the safe room, Ryan "overheard" Adam and Liza talking about Jake not being Colby's biological father. Paolo began ingratiating himself to Marian in an attempt to lure her into bed and break up her marriage to Stuart. After finding a letter from Trevor in her mail, Janet accused Brooke of having an affair with Trevor. Hayley was forced into telling Mateo that Trevor didn't kill Sophie-Janet did. Ryan showed up at Jake and Gillian's wedding, but he made no effort to stop the wedding, and Jake and Gillian were married. Alex confessed her dealings with Geoffrey to Joe, who supported her. Erica enraged David by not allowing him to help locate Myrtle. Tad nearly got Adam to blab the secret he, Liza, and Ryan shared about Colby. Alex confronted David at the Valley Inn and threatened to permanently paralyze him. Myrtle and Rae's search in Elsa, Illinois, turned up some new information, but it was otherwise a dead end. What Myrtle did not reveal was that she plucked a file from the hall of records bearing her own name.

As sole custody was about to be awarded to Jake, Liza tearfully admitted the truth about Colby's paternity. A stunned Jake refused to believe it, but Adam had the proof. Jake learned that Tad and Dixie had known for a few days, but he was furious with Gillian, who had kept the secret from him for six months. He later kidnapped Colby and brought her to the house he was about to buy. His parents found him and brought him back to the court. Ryan tried to console Gillian. Rae left Pine Valley to find an antique desk that might contain the whereabouts of her child. Ryan comforted a sobbing Gillian in the park only a few hours after he and Greenlee shared an enjoyable time at a basketball game. Arlene tried to put the moves on Adrian, but he blew her off. Hayley and Mateo set a wedding date. Alex bought Edmund a new horse, and he hired a new stable hand named Guy Donahue.

Jake, decided to let Liza have full custody of Colby and he left Pine Valley to do some "regrouping" in California. Liza decided to press charges against Adam, who, in return, pressed charges against Tad. Erica was furious when she learned that David had told Gillian that Adam was Colby's father. During a math tutoring session, Leo made another pass at Becca, but an angry Becca quickly put him in his place. Greenlee tried to get closer with Ryan. A drunken Arlene embarrassed herself and Hayley by crashing Hayley and Mateo's engagement party and proposing a toast. Rae telephoned Myrtle, and said she found another lead. Guy continued his secret observation of Alex's behavior.

Tad and Adam got into a brawl in court and ended up sharing a jail cell. Dixie told a distraught Gillian that Jake had left town. Gillian blasted Ryan because she believed his talk with Jake was what persuaded Jake to leave town. Later she read a note from Jake and learned otherwise. Greenlee convinced her grandfather to hook Ryan up with money for his Internet plans. Liza, Marian, and Stuart all became suspicious of Adam, thinking he might have had something to do with setting Marian up. Paolo returned, asking Leo for $30,000 for his silence, and set his sights on Erica. After Alex spoke fluent Russian, without ever learning the language, Adrian told Edmund she might have been brainwashed.

After convincing the Chandler Enterprises board that Adam was losing his mind and was unable to run the company, Liza, with the help of Tad, used her power of attorney to assume Adam's duties. David said he and Erica were through after witnessing a kiss between Paolo and Erica. Erica decided to pay Paolo to make David even more jealous. Leo quit his job at Cortlandt Electronics, against his mother's will. Alex and Edmund traveled to Wales to uncover why her records were said to be sealed. Alex had a flashback of a little girl named Robin calling her mommy. She also dreamt Guy wanted to kill Edmund. Vanessa turned to Paolo to heal her wounds.

Edmund and Alex traveled to Wales to confront the doctor who said her records were sealed. Guy advised the doctor not to let them see her records. On the way out, a housekeeper referred to Alex as "Anna." At Alex's mother's house, passion erupted between Edmund and Alex. Liza tricked Adam into playing his brother in front of his Chandler Enterprises board. Liza and Tad then proved to the board Adam had no idea who he really was, and that he went into little spasms of being his brother. She had him committed to Oakhaven, the Pine Valley mental hospital. Junior was very upset at the news and Dixie blamed Tad. Tad showed Stuart the video of Leo admitting Adam had been behind the scam of breaking up Stuart and Marian's marriage. Stuart confronted Adam at Oakhaven, and Adam admitted the truth. Vanessa searched frantically for the emerald she lost after sleeping with Paolo. Erica found it, and vowed she'd find its owner. Scott grew jealous of Becca and Leo's relationship.

After Stuart was knocked unconscious by Arlene's car, Esther found him and took him to her trailer. Stuart had amnesia and Esther hid the pictures of Marian that were in his pocket. Liza went to Oakhaven to try to get Adam released to help search for Stuart, but the doctor said that Adam wasn't going anywhere. Arlene hit a telephone pole and destroyed a portion of the wall at the shelter. Leo stumbled upon Vanessa and Paolo in bed together. Paolo told Vanessa about Erica's scheme to make David jealous. Vanessa told Erica a dirty lie, about hiring Paolo for sex. Erica then fired Paolo, who became extremely upset. He drugged Erica, embarrassing her at the Teens Against Addiction dinner. He then stole the tape Erica had secretly recorded of him conning her. Erica was furious when she found out. Paolo told Vanessa he never loved her, and in return, she drugged his drink. David found out Paolo was harassing Erica, and stormed upstairs to see him. Vanessa dragged Derek Frye up to Paolo's room, where they found Leo standing over Paolo's dead body.

Over a kiss, Gillian admitted to Ryan that she still loved him. Esther continued to keep Stuart in her trailer. Adam escaped from Oakhaven with some help from Arlene. Leo was arrested for Paolo's murder. Jack tried to convince Janet to turn herself in, but Mirror Janet urged Janet to whack Jack to prevent him from telling the police about her part in Sophie's death. Edmund and Alex came to terms with their relationship. The homeless man, who had stolen Stuart's belongings, set up residence at Stuart's Willow Lake cabin. While he slept by the fire, the cabin burned down-and everyone believed that Stuart was the one who'd been killed.

Vanessa learned that she had caused Paolo's death, and kept it to herself, while her son spent the night in prison. She later spent the night under David and Erica's bed so that she could steal the emerald she'd lost in Paolo's room from David's safe. David caught Vanessa in his room and later realized that she must have stolen the emerald. Ryan's "Incredible Dreams" web site went live. Marian tried to deal with Stuart's death, while Esther was feeding Stuart lies. Esther told Stuart that they were married. Janet confessed to Sophie's murder. Alex and Edmund were given forged medical files. It was learned that Dimitri Marick had been squirreled away at Bryn Wydd.

Janet and Amanda bid farewell to Pine Valley to begin their new lives with Trevor and Tim. Esther and Stuart left Pine Valley to get married, against Stuart's wishes. Skye returned to Pine Valley for Stuart's memorial service. Liza told Adam she loved him; he responded by giving her the signed divorce papers. Dimitri pretended to be in a catatonic state. Alex remembered Guy from her past, and he set out to kill her. Dimitri learned of this, and sent a message to Edmund to save Alex. The power went out in Alex's house and she went to check the fuse box, but it blew up.

Stuart and Esther got stranded at a roadside diner, due to car problems. There, they met a father and his daughter, Marilyn, who wanted to leave home and go to Vegas. Adam dealt with Stuart's death by becoming drunk and starting a brawl at a bar. Tad had a breakdown on live TV, and later, he decided to go on a trip to get away from everything. Ryan longed to meet "Cynthia." BBMak performed at Incredible Dreams' rollout party. Brooke talked to Reverend Freeman about her daughter, Laura, who was killed by a drunk driver. Edmund and Alex both admitted they loved one another after Alex almost died. They found out that Guy didn't exist. Edmund left to find him, but he was really in Alex's house.

Against Erica's better judgment, David tricked Vanessa into admitting she killed Paolo. He gave her a shot that brought on the symptoms of a heart attack. Vanessa, thinking she was on the verge of death, admitted her murderous act, in front of David, Palmer, Erica, and Leo, who just stumbled in. David recorded her confession. Vanessa was furious when she found out she wasn't dying. Alex killed Guy in self-defense, and then rushed to Wales to save Edmund. Edmund had been given a sedative when Alex found him. They rushed out of Bryn Wydd just before the building blew up. Alex and Edmund later went to her mother, Charlotte's, house. Charlotte was really the one behind Bryn Wydd. Arlene tried to get money out of Adam.

For a gag, Tad dressed up as Elvis and prepared to marry a couple at the Queen of Hearts restaurant. He didn't know the couple was Esther and Stuart, but when Esther spotted Tad, she and Stuart hid out in the trailer. Dixie found Tad at the diner and the two had a joyous reunion. Greenlee stole Gillian's diary and used passages in her cyber letters as Cynthia. Ryan found the diary and realized Greenlee had been sabotaging his relationship with Gillian. He then explained everything to Gillian, and they made love. Guy's dead body disappeared from the closet in the hunting lodge. The evidence linking Leo to Paolo's murder was stolen from the police. Alex and Edmund filled Charlotte in on everything that had been going on. Dimitri was left to believe that Edmund and Alex had both been killed in the Bryn Wydd explosion. Liza showed up at Chandler Mansion with finalized divorce papers, but she and Adam ended up sharing a kiss. Leo was furious at Vanessa, claiming he didn't have a mother anymore. Scott asked Becca to marry him, but she could not say yes.

Stuart started to remember the name Marian, but Esther insisted they never knew a Marian. Ryan and Gillian continued their secret affair in an old tower in Wildwind that nobody used. Arlene and Adam went to New York. Hayley had her bridal shower on her TV show, Wave. Charlotte told Dimitri that Edmund and Alex were in love. Adrian told Alex and Edmund that Anna Devane died. Alex later looked up Anna Devane on the Internet and found a picture of herself. Leo told Vanessa he wanted nothing to do with her.

Marilyn fixed Stuart and Esther's car but Stuart insisted on remaining where they were. Greenlee saw an email from Rapunzel. Adrian deleted it before she could see the whole thing. Dimitri escaped from a plane and landed on a beach near Pine Valley. Tina turned down BBMak's offer. Hayley and Mateo finally tied the knot.

The waiters also locked Greenlee in there and the two became drunk. Ryan walked in on them making out and pretended to be jealous of Greenlee's relationship with Leo. Charlotte came to Pine Valley. David helped nurse Dimitri back to health, but Dixie unwittingly walked in and saw Dimitri. Adrian shot Edmund on Charlotte's orders. Marilyn phoned the gallery to ask questions about a "Stuart Glynn." Marian told her that she knew no one by that name and hung up. Hayley warned Ryan to be careful in his relationship with Gillian. Adrian and Tina were kidnapped by Charlotte's goons and locked in the back of a van. Charlotte took Alex to the airport and, aboard a plane, told her that she was not Anna Devane.

Charlotte told Alex she and Anna were twins and that she wasn't their real mother. Charlotte was arrested.

Arlene realized that she caused Stuart's "death," and paid Marilyn to have Stuart stay at the diner. Hayley began her new job at Adam's bar. She pretended to love Arlene and was supportive of Adam and Arlene's marriage. Becca hated the weird looks she began receiving from people and went on the Internet to see who the mysterious Victor was. A rock star wanted Ryan to have him and his girlfriend stranded on a deserted island, but cancelled at the last minute. Greenlee, thinking the plan was still on, went to the island with the hopes of seducing Ryan. Leo rescued her when he found out it was cancelled. Dimitri asked David to tell Edmund he disappeared, while he underwent treatment.

Alex was about to go home to England, fearing her relationship with Edmund was over. At the last minute, Edmund convinced her that he truly loved her, and they went back to Wildwind. David told Edmund that Dimitri had died. In actuality, Dimitri was alive and was receiving medicine through David and Dixie. He asked David to make sure Edmund thought he was gone. While "deserted" on the tropical island, Leo, who had recently eaten some wild berries, told Greenlee he loved her. Becca figured Leo was behind VictorVirgin.com and made a plan to get him to admit it. Leo denied the whole thing. David asked Erica to marry him. Erica said she would, only if he would tell her why he'd been spending so much time at the office on some secret case. He refused. Bianca came home. Adam and Stuart both decided to go fishing.

Dixie sent Alex to the hunting lodge so that she'd find Dimitri. The two had a joyous reunion and made love. Edmund arrived at the lodge the following morning and was startled to find Dimitri. When he spotted Alex's clothes crumpled on the floor, he realized that Alex had slept with his brother. Bianca was overjoyed to realize Dimitri was alive. David was furious at Dixie for leading Alex to Dimitri. Their arguing stopped as David kissed Dixie. Dixie was speechless and told David that if that were to happen again, she'd quit. Gillian stowed away on Adrian and Ryan's flight to Chechnya and was nearly tossed overboard. After witnessing Ryan and Gillian together, Greenlee, with the help of Leo, went on a rampage, destroying Ryan's apartment. Becca was mad that Leo abandoned her for Greenlee and told him their relationship was over. Stuart returned to Pine Valley.

Wade continued to torment Greenlee. Greenlee sought comfort in Leo, and in a moment of fear, Greenlee blurted out that she loved Leo. Ryan and Gillian found Jake. They were about to bring him home, when Jake was shot by a sniper. Marian and Stuart reunited. Stuart quickly regained his memory, and both he and Marian were furious at Arlene. Liza made Adam jealous by pretending to have sex with Tad. Adam was so mad he went to the ColMar tower and smashed the fuse box. Liza admitted to Tad she still loved Adam.

The Colmar tower came crashing down around Adam and Liza, though Liza escaped serious injury. Adam, however, was trapped under the rubble and had to fight for his life. Freed by a guilt-stricken Arlene, Stuart rushed to an ailing Adam. Adam was overjoyed and could not believe his eyes. He then apologized to Hayley for all the agony he had put her through, and to Junior. Erica was ecstatic to learn Dimitri was alive, but angered that he still loved Alex. Erica and David had sex. Erica was furious that David had known Dimitri was alive, and blew him off. Greenlee continued to fear for her life after Wade broke into Erica's. Brooke was hysterically mad when she learned Arlene had run over Stuart when she was drunk.

Bianca was not thrilled when teen group O-Town showed up at her party, nor when the lead singer asked her to dance. She later learned that her father, Travis, had died of a stroke. Derek told Greenlee that Wade had pointed the finger at her for money laundering. After seeing a newspaper article about Ryan and Gillian going to Chechnya, Greenlee told Derek about Ryan's $3 million loan to himself. Liza and Marian locked Arlene in the attic with a bowl of soup. After tasting it, Arlene fell ill. Ryan returned to Pine Valley and found his apartment destroyed. He was later arrested, and Greenlee told him that she'd turned him in.

Arlene, thinking she was poisoned with rat poison, was shocked to find out she was pregnant. Adam was upset and ordered a DNA test. Hayley was furious, and persuaded her father to let Arlene live there, so he could keep an eye out for her. Later, Hayley and Mateo decided they would adopt Arlene's baby. Liza had just told Adam she loved him and wanted to start over when Arlene told her she was expecting. Greenlee's grandparents found out about Wade, and decided they would ship her back to California. Ryan pleaded with Gillian to tell Jake the truth, but Gillian just couldn't. She learned that Jake might never be able to have sex again.

Bianca decided that she wanted to drop out of school and get a full-time job. At the community center, Bianca became chummy with a runaway named Rain. Adam agreed to let Hayley and Mateo adopt Arlene's baby, but Arlene wasn't as obliging. Gillian told Ryan that she needed more time with Jake. Hank Collins lost custody of his son, Ricky, and later learned Eliot's true identity from one of his cop buddies. Eliot revealed his past to Brooke after Hank broke into Brooke's home and started spilling the beans. Arlene developed cramping. Wade held Greenlee and gunpoint and forced her to end her relationship with Leo. Leo stubbornly refused to cut Greenlee off and ended up at the loft with her when shots rang out.

Arlene miscarried Adam's baby. Arlene staged a scenario where she made it look like Liza caused her to lose the baby from a scuffle that sent her tumbling down the steps. Eliot said goodbye to his congregation, but later decided not to leave Pine Valley. Wade captured Greenlee and Leo. He locked them in a broken elevator. Fortunately, they both got out without harm. Leo and Wade scuffled at the boathouse. Leo came out victorious and helped himself to some of the ransom money. Erica brushed off David's attempt at reconciliation. Bianca cut her first day of school and hung out with Rain at the mall. Erica found out and was furious. It became harder for Edmund to hold back his anger about Dimitri and Alex.

Liza continued to feel guilty for causing Arlene's miscarriage, though Adam assured her that it was not her fault. Edmund threatened to sell Wildwind and ordered Alex and Dimitri out of his home. Erica admitted to Bianca that she read her journal. Bianca was furious and moved in with her Uncle Jack. Erica turned to David. Ryan filmed a commercial for his Internet company and planned an IPO. Leo and Greenlee's trip to the tropics was cut short when Leo learned that the money he'd taken was marked. Upon returning to Pine Valley, Leo was arrested and thrown in jail. Woodruff offered him a deal to get out-stop seeing his granddaughter.

David found out about Jake's "problem" and teased him about it. Jake was mad and the two started a fistfight, which soon included Tad. Dixie walked in on the fight and subsequently quit her job. Later, Jake delivered a young woman's baby, and Gillian and he became closer. Leo and Bianca became Enchantment's Young Couple. Laura came home to comfort Brooke. Adam, Liza, Hayley, and Mateo viewed the tape of Arlene and Vanessa plotting to frame Liza for Arlene's miscarriage. Arlene and Vanessa fled the scene before they could be confronted. Leo and Greenlee reconciled. Bianca overheard some girls talking badly about her and she fled the Halloween party with Rain. The two women ended up at the Blue Angel, a lesbian bar.

Arlene begged for Hayley's forgiveness, but Hayley turned her away. Edmund reached out to Alex. Bianca admitted to Leo that she was gay. An Enchantment photo shoot flopped when a photographer insinuated that Leo was gay. Laura accepted a job at Tempo. Ryan's illegal business ways continued. After Dixie quit her job, David schemed to break up Tad and Dixie. David tested an experimental drug called Libidozone, took too much, and had sex with a Dixie-esque nurse. He then broke into Dixie's house and the two ended up making out.

Tad decided to file a lawsuit against David for sexual harassment even though Dixie was opposed to the idea. David tried to slip some of the Libidozone into Tad's drink, but an ailing Erica drank it instead. Erica became distraught when she learned that the photographer thought Bianca and Leo were bad models and had no chemistry. Leo and Greenlee declared their love to one another, but Leo resisted moving in with Greenlee. Dimitri became jealous of Edmund. Ryan announced a shindig on a yacht to celebrate his company's IPO. Edmund decided to move from Pine Valley.

Rain visited Bianca for the first since Halloween to make sure that Bianca wasn't mad at her for taking her to the Blue Angel. The two bonded and agreed to catch a movie together after Bianca's punishment was over. Erica inadvertently sipped Libidozone-laced soda and went on a wild and sexy singing spree at the Valley Inn. Leo, Laura, and Bianca showed up at David's hotel suite while he and Erica were making love. Arlene turned to Stuart for help, but he gently urged her to leave town. At Ryan's party, David accidentally dropped his flask of Libidozone in the punchbowl. Bianca and Laura became chummy. Gillian walked in on a shirtless Ryan. Arlene donned a disguise and served as a waitress for the shindig. Adam proposed to Liza.

With only Bianca looking on, Greenlee pushed Laura off the boat. Bianca fainted dead away when Laura hit the water. Luckily, Eliot was called out to the deck and he dove into the icy waters to save the young woman. Greenlee later threatened to expose Bianca's lesbianism if she blabbed about what she saw. Leslie seduced Tad. Adam and Liza got engaged. Hayley walked in on Mateo and Arlene having sex. Hayley confronted her mother and strangled her. When Hayley returned to the spot where she had "killed" Arlene, Arlene was gone. Cured by the Libidozone, Gillian and Jake made love. Ryan walked in on them and forced Gillian to admit that she still loved him. Alex disappeared and Dimitri accused Edmund of being responsible.

It was revealed that Hayley really did kill Arlene, but Adam found her dead and threw her into the ocean to protect Hayley. Marian figured out what Adam did, and agreed to keep quiet about it. She even agreed to forge Arlene's signature on their divorce papers, just so Liza would be free to marry Adam. Adam led Hayley to believe Arlene was alive, but she still wanted to see her for herself. Gillian confronted the Martins. Leslie continued to try to sink her claws into an unwilling Tad, who felt heavy guilt for his betrayal. Dixie was rushed to the hospital because the Libidozone adversely interacted with the medication she normally took for her heart. Jake found out he had been given Libidozone at the yacht party. Bianca was heartbroken to learn Sarah was engaged... to a man. Erica followed Bianca into New York where she came across Bianca and Sarah.

Dimitri continued to search for a missing Alex. He still believed Edmund was behind her disappearance. Divers found Alex's broach on the bottom of the sea. Fearing that he knew the truth, Bianca asked Jack not to talk to Erica about her. Marcus got a hold of Laura's pornographic photos via the Internet. Leslie and Tad went for STD testing, where Liza spotted them. Tad told Liza about his night with Leslie. David blamed Ryan for the guests at his yacht party being drugged with Libidozone. He even called Donald Steele to spread the rumor even more. David broke down in Dixie's arms and admitted he loved her. Adam admitted to Mateo that Hayley killed Arlene.

Jake hired a private investigator to search Ryan's yacht. The investigator came up with a signed agreement between Ryan and Gordon, the lab technician, about the use of Libidozone at his party. David had actually planted it in Ryan's yacht. Gillian later confronted Jake and made him realize that Ryan wasn't the guilty party. With the secret help of David, Junior's band, Dream Street, was able to perform at PVH's battle of the bands, and won. Dixie had a dream in which she was jealous of David and Erica's relationship. Liza was filled in on Arlene's death. Dimitri staged a scenario to get Edmund to attack him-and then pressed charges. David asked Erica if it was possible that Bianca and Sarah were lovers.

The scandal at the yacht party resulted in incredibledreams.com's IPO being cancelled. Penniless, Ryan sold his loft to Leo and Greenlee. Alex called Dimitri, and said she was okay before hanging up. Dimitri realized he was wrong to put Edmund into Oakhaven and got him out. Hayley learned the awful truth, that she had murdered her mother. Leslie visited Tad in the Big Apple. Jake, Ryan, and Gillian confronted David about drugging the people at the yacht party. A stunned Dixie defended him. Leo quit the Enchantment gig, so Erica devised a new mother-daughter modeling campaign. Sarah visited Bianca, and asked for the strength to make it through her wedding. Erica was furious that Sarah came to her house. A tearful Bianca admitted to her mother that she was gay.

Hayley decided that she had to come clean to the police about killing Arlene. Liza, Adam, and Mateo tried to talk her out of it by reminding her that they would all also be implicated in covering up Arlene's death. Erica tried to deny that Bianca was gay, accusing Sarah of having "converted" her to lesbianism. Erica walked out on Bianca and ended up alone in a park where Dimitri found her. Bianca told Laura that Greenlee had pushed her off the yacht. Greenlee was subsequently arrested. Leslie's obsession with Tad continued to grow as she pasted her photo over Dixie's in a wedding photograph. Dixie and David spent the day together, but Dixie's guilt got the best of her.
